Fallout 4 Wild Plants

Mutfruit

So recently I've started creating an Adhesive 'farm'. I've planted Mutfruit, Corn, and Tato along with having a Water Purifier. For some reason the crops are completely bugged out, they wont grow (produce their respective item) and I can't select them to store and replant them.

Wild

Problem is Wild or not wild the plants in game already included strange stuff Tato is not real it's a mutated strange thing, mutfruit same issue. All of this is also questionable as I think the game mutations are FEV not radiation. The 3 real life Nuclear ravaged areas all place Fallout stuff into question.

Wild
  1. One Settler can work up to 12 plants or 6 units of food - depending on how many food that plant says it produces. Most produce half a unit, hence the 12. Mutfruit is 1, so a Settler working 2 mutfruit could also work 8 tatos (to reach 6 food).
  2. Wild corn is a consumable in Fallout 4. This variety of corn grows in the wild, and provides 10 hit points at the cost of 3 rads. The following map contains all the spawn locations on the world map (excluding interiors or harvested items).
  3. Nuka-Cola plants appear in other Fallout games, but a Fallout 4 story DLC takes a player to Nuka-World, a theme park dedicated to celebrating and creating the soda. While it is a fun parody of Disneyland, complete with the reveal that the founder of Nuka-Cola is a head kept alive in a stasis machine, this expansion is a bit underwhelming.
  4. If you are deep into Fallout 4’s settlements side, then you know how vital good plant keeping is. If you want populations to thrive then you need crops, and lots of them. Keep your mutfruits.

I've tried fast traveling multiple times, I've disabled mods and I've loaded old save files to try and remedy this problem but to no avail. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Here are just some other things that I could think of:

  1. It's been in-game weeks since I've planted some of these crops so the probelm doesn't seem to be working itself out.
  2. Melons and Gourds work completely fine.
  3. This seems to only effect Sanctuary, I have 4 other settlements where the crops work just fine
